sausage Mushroom sandwich (Polse og soppsmorbrod)

Ingredients:

Bratwurst or small cocktail sausages

Mushrooms, canned and whole

Tomato

Parsley

flour

Cream, light

  Butter choice of bread. Whole grain homemade bread is fabulous. Slice bratwurst crosswise or lengthwise in desired size and fry in a little butter. Set aside. Prepre cream sauce from flour, butter, cream,and liquid from mushrooms. simmer 5-7 minutes. Add mushrooms. Place sausage around outer edges of bread and spoon the creamed mushrooms in the center. Bake briefly in a medium hot oven. Decorate with tomato and parsley
